In 2008, we took our passion for family, culture, community, quality foods, and success and created Smokey’s House of BBQ—a time-honored tour of America’s best smokehouse traditions.
At Smokey’s House of BBQ we use only the finest quality pork and beef ribs with our special rubs, and smoke them four to six long hours until tender. The tri-tip brisket and pulled pork specialty take a full 14 hours of smoking. Our sides are made with homemade ingredients giving them full flavor and freshness.
